Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- Evaluate production process to identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing effective solutions.
- Provide technical advice to the manufacturing floor to ensure processes and procedures are followed.
- Train and assist production personnel on test setups and procedures as needed. Making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
- Ensure that the finished product meets our quality standards and the requirements of the consumer.
- Document data and report findings to management for analysis and decision-making.
Conduct process and equipment assessments to ensure safety compliance and operational optimization, implementing recommendations to enhance performance and reduce risks.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of production equipment.
- Operate and monitor machinery during the production process.
- Ensure the workforce is properly trained and has the skills needed to ensure the production of a high-quality product or service.
- Evaluate production equipment and machinery for performance and make recommendations based on conclusions.
Coordinate and facilitate product and process changes within manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to production.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing production efficiency.
- Review manufacturing processes and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Recommend revision of methods of operation or material handling, alterations in equipment layout, or other changes to increase production or improve standards
- Initiate, coordinate and implement continuous improvement projects with minimal work direction.
- Work with the production team to test and validate documentation for pre-production product runs.
- Prime focal point for production related problem resolution.
- Coordinate problem resolution in a timely fashion using available resources.
Collaborate with all departmental teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ensuring product quality and process efficiency.
- Support day-to-day production work, including interfacing with operator and other support staff.
- Collaborate with various departments and team members to enhance workflow and implement process improvements.
- Provide input during prototype development to engineers.
- Provide technical support for testing qualification and validations.
- Ensure that material components and equipment meet the required standards.

- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum 3 –5 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
