**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at American Time. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and generating quotes for sales opportunities.
You will work closely with the Outside Sales Team, Sales & Marketing Data Analyst, and Inbound Sales Team to identify quoting opportunities and requirements. Your goal is to deliver accurate and effective quotes that result in revenue generation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to travel overnight on rare occasions, and have experience in sales and customer service. You will be responsible for gathering information from external customers, processing sales orders, and communicating necessary schedule and other pertinent information to external customers.
Additionally, you will create Field Test Unit (FTU) orders, monitor and track FTU status, and follow up as necessary to complete the FTU process. You will collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to determine best solutions for individual opportunities and provide backup to the Sales Operations Specialist in processing and maintaining the FCC protocol for assigning wireless system frequency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate quotes for sales opportunities
- Work with Outside Sales, Sales & Marketing Data Analyst, and customers to identify quoting opportunities and requirements

Requirements:
- Excellent phone, interpersonal communication, and effective listening skills
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products
- Ability and discipline to follow all company policies including safety policies and procedures
- Efficient computer skills β Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP, and CRM
- Ability to travel overnight on rare occasions
