We have an opening for a Territory Sales Manager for the SE United Sates. This person could be local to the Dassel, MN area, or a resident of the SE, specifically TN, FL, TX, or Atlanta.
The Territory Sales Manager drives revenue growth, builds strong customer relationships, and expands market share. They are skilled in developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and leading high-performing teams to exceed targets. Adept at analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs while ensuring profitability. They are passionate about fostering long-term client partnerships and optimizing sales operations for sustained success.
- Acquire new customers via contacts/cold calling, with a focus on end-users/partners
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue goals
- Demonstrate product knowledge of the American Time Products
- Develop new contacts and customer relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and foster future opportunities
- Achieve KPI’s in assigned market segment
- Develop new business opportunities in assigned markets/segments
- Monitor and report on competition, market changes, and trends relating to products in industry
- Present products and services to current and prospective customers via a consultative sales approach
- Travel estimated at 25% to 40% of cumulative activities
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other market driven opportunities
- Prepare and submit all required reports, expenses, and forecasts in a timely manner
- Analyze data and execute effective territory sales strategies and tactics
- Provide voice of customer feedback to Leadership and internal partners

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
