What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Co-Op (Fall 2025) position at American Tower Corporation?
The Team
We are seeking a Tax Co-Op to join American Tower's Tax team. Day to day you will provide assistance with respect to all monthly and quarterly deliverables. You will have frequent interactions with other members of the Tax department and with the Accounting, Legal, and Human Resources departments, and therefore must be effective with communication and able to solve problems and following through on resolving issues and completing deliverables.
This hybrid Co-Op position spans from July 2025 through December 2025. You will be introduced to key day-to-day processes and play a vital role as a valued team member. You will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing you with hands-on experience and valuable insights to prepare you for a successful career in the industry. Co-Op rotations are generally offered twice a year : Fall and Spring.

- Assist with acquisition due diligence.
- Assist with forecasting / projections.
- Assist with monthly / quarterly REIT testing.
- Assist with Federal and State notices.
