The Team
We are seeking a Director, Business Process to join American Tower’s Finance Transformation Office. The office leads the continuing evolution of how we function and operate as a Finance team, including evaluating data, systems, and processes to ensure optimization. The Director, Business Process is a key leader in designing and overseeing the implementation, standardization, and optimization of core finance processes to support the Company’s current and future operational needs. Working collaboratively with the broader Finance Transformation team, Finance business unit leaders, market Finance teams, the IT department, and other groups, you will focus on developing operating models for all assigned finance processes and the global roadmap to achieve that strategy. You will partner with stakeholders at the most senior levels to understand business requirements and translate them into strategies and plans, build consensuses, and then work with business and transformation teams to execute on agreed timelines
