"The Team
We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our recruitment efforts across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting, reporting, and managing various recruitment programs, including campus recruiting and DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of Talent Acquisitions knowledge gained through hands on recruiting experience and experience with various systems, reporting platforms, and programs.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles at all levels of the organization.
Develop and lead efforts to expand our pipeline of national talent leveraging new and creative approaches to attracting top talent.
Lead our campus-based recruiting program, including evaluation and assessment of program goals.
Expand our relationships with external organizations who can grow as key partners in sourcing diverse talent.
Partner with ATC leadership and hiring managers to help define and execute on key success metrics for Talent Acquisition.
Support the definition and implementation of reporting frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of our hiring strategy and processes.
Communicate and coach hiring managers and interviewers about interviewing best practices, develop job-specific behavioral interview questions, and effectively guide and lead interview debriefs.
Drive projects and initiatives to support the Talent Acquisition Team.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you may be responsible for the recruitment, performance management, and career development of Recruiters or other Talent Acquisition team members. You are expected to cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables the company to meet business objectives.
Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices comply with government regulations and internal policies.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
A minimum of 7 years of experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment required.
Excellent project management and organization skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Prior experience running reports and analyzing data in an HR/TA environment preferred.
Experience recruiting, hiring, and interviewing for positions in numerous disciplines strongly preferred; Experience recruiting for Finance, Information Technology or Sales positions preferred.
Approximately 10% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment."
Salary : $93,000 - $127,000
