We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator that specializes in multifamily with a concentration on electrical and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and costs, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily and commercial projects.
- Analyze project plans and collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
- Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier bids.
- Present project budgets and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and identify cost factors.
- Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
- Provide value engineering options to clients.
