What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fire Alarm System Installers Needed!!! Up to $25 an hour! In Chandler position at American Trades Contracting?
American Trades Contracting are looking for an experience Fire Alarm Installers capable of the following for the Chandler area.
You will be responsible for:
- Working a 60/60/50 schedule
- Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules
- Directing Lead Technicians for a successful outcome of project implementation, i.e., efficient workflow, material coordination, change orders, project schedule, etc.
- Ensuring that quality standards are maintained for all projects
- Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Managing project financials, including cost tracking and reporting
- Attending jobsite and pre-construction meetings
- Identifying and resolving project risks and challenges
- Responsible for change-order management, properly documenting changes to scope and obtaining approval from appropriate managers
- Closeout and warranty completion
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Providing technical guidance and support to project team members
- Understanding of job safety practices and ensure installation team is adhering to job safety practices

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of low voltage systems, including fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control and data networks.
- At least 2 years of experience in low voltage project management or field experience.
