American Training, a non-profit Human Services Agency, is seeking a full-time Assistant Residential Manager for our beautiful Residential homes in the Merrimack Valley. At American Training it is all about the WOW! Magic. We push ourselves to offer our Residents, adults with disabilities, the absolute best residential services in the area! Shifts available:
Tuesday - Saturday 3p-11p
Sunday - Thursday 3p-11p

What does an Assistant Residential Manager do?
- Assist and guide Colleagues to complete required documentation on medical, behavioral and community goals from their Individual Support Plan (ISP) and help individuals in their day-to-day life to achieve their goals
- Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality of care
- Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents
- Rotate on-call responsibility with Program Manager. This will include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Fosters an environment of empowerment and choice for all Residents
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- At least 1 year experience working in Human Services working with people with disabilities
- MAP Certified OR ability to pass MAP Course required.
- Flexibility with hours
- Valid State driver’s license and the use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required)
- Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting
