Position Overview:
American Training Inc. is hiring a Facilities Administrative Coordinator to support the management of facilities, maintain resident satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and schedules for maintenance services.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree and relevant experience in facilities management or a related field are preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, are essential for success in this role.
