American Training Inc. is currently hiring a Facilities Administrative Coordinator in Andover, MA. Our Facilities Administrative Coordinator ensures we provide a safe and comfortable environment in which to work and learn as well as welcoming homes for our Residents through our building maintenance services.
There are three keys to success in this position. You must know how to make a positive first impression through our facilities and landscaping. You must be organized and computer savvy. And you must understand and have a commitment to extraordinary internal and external customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Vendor management and scheduling for repairs and maintenance as most of our work is outsourced to third party contractors; including plumbers, electricians, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Ability to work with our maintenance consultant to manage facilities and assign tasks to the proper people. You must be able to order and keep track of all necessary supplies and maintain an up-to-date inventory of equipment and repairs as made.
- You must plan for and conduct your own inspections of all buildings, homes, and grounds on a regular basis as well as following up on work performed by outside vendors.
- You should be aware that after-hours calls for emergencies and during weekends may need to be handled from time to time.
