Summary of Responsibilities:
Energize your career at ATC! We’re looking for a Facilities Program Manager to assist with the day-to-day operation of ATC office facilities in various locations throughout Wisconsin and in Upper Michigan. You’ll provide general facilities management services support as well as facilities project management services and have financial management, budget and forecasting responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience to serve as primary liaison with Corporate Security and/or Human Resources in coordinating the delivery of services by outsourced vendors and suppliers and serve as primary facilities department budget/forecasting contact by handling purchase order, requisition and invoice processing. You’ll also coordinate facilities software implementation and customization; design, installation, database management and enhancements and provide project management services for facility site and interiors planning, design, layout, construction, furniture reconfiguration and resulting electrical/mechanical/network changes.
