Summary of Responsibilities :
Energize your career at ATC! We're looking for a Manager-Corporate Security to ensure the protection of ATC's people and assets. The manager is accountable for emergency response, resiliency and security projects and processes across the company to enhance overall security and reduce corporate security risk. The manager also participates in setting the strategy and direction that enables the enterprise to achieve its overall objectives in the areas of physical security, regulatory requirements, cyber assets, critical infrastructure protection and other security-related regulatory requirements.
Essential Responsibilities :
In this role, you'll use your bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience to identify and assess internal and external threats, vulnerabilities and risks, ensure that processes for monitoring, detecting, containing, and responding to incidents are in place to mitigate exposure caused by a breach and oversee the investigation of security breaches. You'll develop and implement security policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards for use throughout ATC and oversee the development and execution of security awareness programs to educate employees and management of their responsibilities. You'll also maintain relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies, serve as the primary company liaison for key industry and governmental agencies and trade associations in matters of physical security and physical security, critical infrastructure protection and other regulatory requirements and keep abreast of new trends and emerging technologies in the security industry along with current laws, rules and regulations regarding security.
