Summary of Responsibilities:
Join a Great Place to Work! We’re looking for a Team Leader-Cyber Security Analysis to align security, business, regulatory, technology requirements and to oversee security protection supporting national critical electric transmission infrastructure.
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will leverage your bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with seven years of progressive experience in IT, risk management, physical security, or cyber security. You will be responsible for leading the development of Security Analysis and Compliance processes, programs, and frameworks that address key workflow activities, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support effective security operations. You will oversee both the technical and strategic aspects of Cyber Security Analysis and Compliance for systems within the organization, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and conducting security risk assessments. Additionally, you will participate in technology strategy, planning, and contribute to the creation of a portfolio of security projects aimed at driving security strategy.
Furthermore, you will participate directly in a 24 x 365 On-Call rotation and off-hour support activities. You will mentor a technical team, equipping them with the skills and experience necessary to implement and support solutions that align with the organization's Security & Response strategies.
