Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills while greeting and assisting guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating visitor registration and badging in alignment with established building access and security protocols.
- Anticipating and addressing guest and employee needs with promptness, precision, and a personalized touch.
- Handle and route incoming phone calls with poise and efficiency.
- Coordinate mail and package services, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Provide event support, from setup and coordination to delivering a flawless attendee experience.
- Assist with maintaining a polished and inviting office environment, going above and beyond to meet the highest standards of service.
This is a role where no two days are the same, and you’ll thrive as a proactive problem solver who takes pride in creating memorable experiences. As part of your responsibilities, you may occasionally provide coverage at other ATC offices.
