Energize your career at ATC! We're adding a Talent Management Program Coordinator to our team to assist in driving the success of our talent management programs.
Essential Responsibilities :
We require someone who is curious and challenges the status quo, someone who loves technology and quickly learns tips and tricks to make us more efficient and someone who is energized and self-driven to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.
This role will provide exposure to multiple areas and stakeholders of talent acquisition and talent management. There is room to be creative, bringing new ideas to positively impact our team, our employees, and our candidates.
In this role, you'll use your three years' experience in providing progressive support to talent acquisition and talent management teams in a few key areas :
Training / Development Coordination
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees in collaboration with talent management stakeholders
- Provide document and presentation preparation support in both content and quality review
- Partner with or take lead on ensuring physical training / workshop space is secured and ready
Talent Acquisition / Onboarding Coordination
Technology Coordination
