About the Role:
At American Transmission Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveying professional to support our real estate team. As an intern, you will be responsible for utilizing your CAD mapping and legal description interpretation skills to prepare transmission line ROW CAD mapping files and supply said mapping to our GIS group for inclusion in our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret easement legal descriptions
- Map them within a CAD platform (MicroStation)
- Review, organize, and finish partial existing ROW CAD mapping files from past requests
