About the Role:
- Capture high-quality images of patients' bodies using MRIs, ultrasounds, and x-rays
- Work under the supervision of a physician to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments
- Prepare patients prior to tests and explain the process in a way that puts them at ease
Responsibilities:
- Take images of patients' bodies using MRIs, ultrasounds, and x-rays
- Work in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, health centers, and medical labs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent experience in radiologic technology
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through AHA recommended and may be required
- Valid ARRT or ARDMS Credentials per your discipline
- Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required
