Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including vendor management and bookkeeping.
- Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain organized records and ensure the office is compliant with company policies.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing appointments.
- Coordinate team management activities, including scheduling meetings and facilitating communication among staff.
- Plan and execute company events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Operate phone systems effectively to support communication needs within the office.
Experience
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a must.
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes and best practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
- Previous experience in team management or event planning will be beneficial.
