Responsibilities :
- Help manage the day-to-day operations of the Travel Plaza.
- Upkeep and stay in contact with store vendors
- Assign tasks and projects to cashiers for their shifts.
- Bring in fresh and innovative ideas to the table
- Ensure the quality of products or services within the truck stop.
- Oversee customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the General Manager and his duties
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure that products are rotated properly and sold at optimal prices.
- Oversee staff performance and handle complaints.
- Be available for on-call weekends (Bi-Weekly)
