We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Food Service Manager to lead daily operations in our casual - medium volume restaurant. This role involves overseeing food prep, team performance, and customer satisfaction—ensuring every sandwich, salad, or wrap is served fresh, fast, and exactly to order.
- Lead in preparing and assembling made-to-order food items (e.g., sandwiches, wraps, pizza)
- Maintain high food quality, presentation standards, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and reduce waste through efficient stock rotation.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring all practices meet local food safety guidelines.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, shift coverage, and performance feedback.
- Deliver excellent customer service, step in during peak hours, and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
