Your Mission :
As a Remote Truck Driver Recruiter, you'll be the vital link connecting talented Class A truck drivers with rewarding career opportunities. You'll utilize various channels, including leads, referrals, online platforms, and networking, to develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. You'll be responsible for :
Engaging with potential drivers : Respond to inquiries, and provide comprehensive information about driving opportunities.
Evaluating qualifications : Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience, ensuring they meet our hiring criteria.
Guiding the process : Lead candidates through the recruitment journey, ensuring all necessary information and paperwork are completed accurately.
Building relationships : Maintain consistent communication with candidates, fostering a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborating internally : Work closely with internal teams to understand staffing needs and contribute to a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Rewards Along the Way :
Competitive commission structure : Earn commission on every successful hire. Truck driver recruiters will earn $800 to $1,000 per week.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position, so no benefits are offered.
