Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
✔ Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and other software
✔ Maintain IT inventory and documentation
✔ Support LAN/WAN network protocols and security measures
✔ Deliver in-person and remote technical support
Required Skills (3 Years of Experience):
✅ Desktop/laptop setup & troubleshooting
✅ Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and web browsers
