Job Summary:
Job Summary: The End User Technical Support Analyst will assist the State in supporting the use of IntelliGrants by OCD DRU staff for disaster recovery grants management. This role involves working closely with the Application Program Manager to ensure end user success and providing direct support to OCD DRU end users for their daily use of IntelliGrants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the State in ensuring the supportability of IntelliGrants by OCD DRU staff during their use of the software for disaster recovery grants management.
- Collaborate with the Application Program Manager to ensure end user success with IntelliGrants.
- Provide direct support to OCD DRU end users for their daily use of IntelliGrants, addressing any issues or questions as they arise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IntelliGrants functionality.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to help end users effectively utilize IntelliGrants.
- Monitor and track user issues, providing timely updates and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to disaster recovery grants.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring user satisfaction and effective communication.
Mandatory Expertise and Experience:
- Experience in IntelliGrants grant management software functionality.
- Strong customer service skills in the operational use of IntelliGrants.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including end users, program managers, and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in customer support or related areas.
- Experience in disaster recovery planning and management.
