GIS Developer
8 months Contract
Houston, TX - Hybrid - Need Locals
Reason for Need : build-out of the new group - they have 8 models / optimizers between the two teams ranging from reliability, resiliency, load, and risk forecasting
Must-Have Skills :
- Experience working with ArcGIS server (ESRI specifically)
- Have the ability to productize the service in a platform
- Hexagon Geospatial experience- digital solutions tool
- Understanding of ERDAS IMAGINE tool (provides tools for remote sensing, photogrammetry, LiDar analysis, basic vector analysis, and radar processing in a single product
- Knowledge of a Geo-Processes model
- Strong understanding of analytics and data science (this can be from college experience)
- Python scripting background
- Front-end / UI experience (able to create a user interface in ArcGIS)
