Location : Raleigh, NC 27609 Hybrid
The max rate for this position is $105/hr On C2C or $100/hr on W2
**This is a hybrid position. The contractor will be required to be onsite as requested.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years leading IT application rationalization initiatives or similar projects.
Proven experience managing large-scale IT transformation or modernization programs.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of IT systems, application lifecycle management, and enterprise architecture.
Familiarity with tools and methodologies for application assessment, portfolio management, and rationalization.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent).
