Senior Project Manager With PMP

Job Overview:

This role involves coordinating efforts among team members, consultants, and managed service providers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you’ll support day-to-day IT budget management and requisitions, develop requirements, and create process flows and documentation.

Manager’s Note:

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can handle both coordination and management duties. You’ll support initiatives in infrastructure, service desk, imaging, and applications, working on tasks such as:

• Documentation
• Project coordination and management
• Cost-benefit analysis
• Developing business cases

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, scope, and budget.
• Perform risk management and create comprehensive documentation.
• Serve as a back-up for managing the IT budget and requisitions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, IT infrastructure, and software development is a plus.
