Summary : Student employee will be assisting the Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Marketing with all facets of the AU Athletics ticket sales and box office operations. Responsibilities :
Participating in box office operations, customer service, will call, and reconciliations at our ticketed sports of men's and women's basketball, volleyball, and wrestling.
Administrative / Office Work.
PA announcing.
Gameday support.
Other tasks (as needed) to support the Athletics Marketing and Ticket Sales team.
Position Type / Expected Hours Of Work :
Part-Time.
10 hours per week.
Compensation : 17.50 per hour.
Required Education and Experience :
Must be a current AU student.
Must hold a Federal Work Study Award.
Strong customer service skills.
