The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in chemical or mechanical engineering, with 8 years of experience in management roles leading diverse groups of technical resources. Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is required, with a proven track record of developing and driving strategic engineering initiatives successfully.
This leader will be accountable for establishing a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team and across the manufacturing facilities, identifying, planning, and implementing process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
