Job Summary
The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer will oversee and coordinate activities related to the maintenance and operation of AMVAC's 24 x 7 chemical manufacturing sites. This position is located on-site at the AMVAC Axis manufacturing plant.

Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and improving the performance of process equipment and systems.
- Providing technical expertise to plant personnel for troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating equipment reliability and design improvement.
- Developing and implementing a life cycle asset management process for components, equipment, and processes at all facilities.
- Establishing reliability and work planning metrics/KPIs to monitor performance and improvement (PM/CM ratio, MTBF, MTTR, etc.).
Maintenance Excellence
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining high levels of equipment performance and efficiency, as well as experience with developing and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
Tech Requirements
Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, and demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal.
