Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is required, with a proven track record of developing and driving strategic engineering initiatives successfully.
You will be accountable for coordinating and participating in long-range plant infrastructure improvement and expansion planning, organizational design, succession planning, and efficiency analysis, ensuring capital project execution from project justification to completion.
