Job Description:
- 10 Years of strong Java fundamentals Experience
- A candidate must be hands on senior engineer who will be able to lead the team and will coordinate with offshore team members.
- Should have good communication skills as he will be interacting with business and product teams very often.
- Should be proactive and be ready to take more responsibilities.
- Should have a positive attitude and aptitude.
- Should be able to lead the team of 10 people at onshore/offshore.
- Should be able to identify project risks, keep all the stakeholders in the loop in timely manner
