Our client service representatives provide valuable consultation to veterans and their families, regarding eligibility, supporting documentation, and long-term care planning.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meeting and completing phone appointments with clients as scheduled
- Review and prepare documentation as part of our consultation service.
- Document & analyze information promptly; ability to spot errors and make changes as needed to complete a case
- Simultaneously provide daily phone and email support to several clients and ensure that
- each client’s needs are attended to
- Must be comfortable meeting weekly quotas as set by management
Qualifications for this Position:
- Customer service driven; with a passion for helping/assisting others
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication; must be comfortable communicating via phone
- and email.
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, G-mail, Google Calendar and
- comfortable with learning how to use CRM databases.
- Have office admin/clerical experience
- Must be able to multi-task
Work hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM PST
