Position : Experienced Hospice Marketer
Role & Responsibilities :
As an Experienced Hospice Marketer, you will play a critical role in promoting and expanding our hospice services. Your responsibilities will include :
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives : Create and execute marketing strategies to increase hospice referrals and brand awareness.Establish and nurture relationships : Build and maintain strong connections with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations to foster a consistent stream of referrals.Organize and participate in events : Coordinate and participate in events, workshops, and presentations to educate the community about our hospice services.Monitor and analyze referral metrics : Track referral data and work towards a target of at least 10 referrals per month, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve this goal.Collaborate with the management team : Work closely with the management team to identify areas of opportunity and growth within the hospice marketing landscape.Provide regular reports : Prepare and deliver reports on marketing efforts, successes, and areas for improvement, contributing to data-driven decision-making.Qualifications :
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience : You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice marketing.Proven track record : Demonstrated success in generating referrals and achieving targets is essential.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills : The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships is crucial.Excellent communication and presentation abilities : Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics : Familiarity with digital marketing tools and data analytics to optimize marketing efforts.A compassionate approach : Deep understanding and empathy for the hospice care industry and the ability to convey this to potential referral sources.Bachelor's degree : Related field preferred.What We Offer :
