Position: Experienced Hospice Marketer
Role & Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Hospice Marketer, you will play a critical role in promoting and expanding our hospice services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives:â¯Create and execute marketing strategies to increase hospice referrals and brand awareness.
- Establish and nurture relationships:â¯Build and maintain strong connections with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations to foster a consistent stream of referrals.
- Organize and participate in events:â¯Coordinate and participate in events, workshops, and presentations to educate the community about our hospice services.
- Monitor and analyze referral metrics:â¯Track referral data and work towards a target of at least 10 referrals per month, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve this goal.
- Collaborate with the management team:â¯Work closely with the management team to identify areas of opportunity and growth within the hospice marketing landscape.
- Provide regular reports:â¯Prepare and deliver reports on marketing efforts, successes, and areas for improvement, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience:â¯You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice marketing.
- Proven track record:â¯Demonstrated success in generating referrals and achieving targets is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills:â¯The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships is crucial.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities:â¯Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics:â¯Familiarity with digital marketing tools and data analytics to optimize marketing efforts.
- A compassionate approach:â¯Deep understanding and empathy for the hospice care industry and the ability to convey this to potential referral sources.
- Bachelor's degree: Related field preferred.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year DOE
