American Veterinary Group is looking for an experienced, trained and proven leader to manage brand and creative services for our General Practice Animal Hospitals.You will be responsible for managing the creative services and brand marketing needs for all general practice animal hospitals. You will be responsible for developing creative assets for our general practice hospitals as well as for our corporate initiatives including but not limited to web, email, social assets, advertising (digital / offline), print materials, direct mail, general hospital collateral, swag and signage. The Creative Director will need to have a strong background in marketing and brand management as well as be a leader in visual communications, brand design and brand strategy. You will be hands on while also having the support of agency resources. In this role, you will build relationships, work collaboratively, act as the creative liaison across corporate marketing and the field / hospital teams and work closely with corporate partners in Operations, Medical Ops, IT and HR / Learning & Development.Key Responsibilities Develop creative messaging and assets across the client and patient lifecycle to deliver best-in-class experiences for consumers.Responsible for designing materials for multi-channel marketing across both digital and print materials.Design creative assets in-house and manage outside agencies to develop all the creative assets to support marketing efforts including digital assets, print materials, web designs, in hospital materials, photography, video, etc.Ensure that there is a consistent image and message across all touchpoints including visuals in hospitals, signage, events, digital materials, print, direct mail, etc.Work with leadership, internal hospital teams and outside agencies to determine the brands’ creative vision, brand guidelines and design systems for all general practice hospitals.Develop and manage processes for design, production and delivery of assets.Responsible for driving alignment and support of brand and creative strategies with leadership, support center partners, and hospital teams.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 8 years of experience in creative design and production5 years of experience in digital design and development3 years of experience in brand management3 years of experience in content creationCreative vision with a keen sense of appeal to their target audience; balance of left and right brain to ensure budgets and timelines are developed feasibly to meet their end visionExperience managing re-brand and retail creative.Experience managing photo / video production a plus.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and timeline driven environmentOpen-minded, receptive to feedback, and flexible to input provided by multiple stakeholders across the organization.Proven track record in leadership position directing / managing creative marketing budget for an omnichannel service provider or retailer.Expert in Adobe Suite programs and other creative tools like Canva.Understanding of different ad layouts and requirements based on vehicle and technology.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.Bachelor’s Degree required.Job Benefits Comprehensive healthcare : health, dental, & vision insurancePaid time off401k plan optionsGenerous veterinary care discountsPerformance bonuses#J-18808-Ljbffr
