Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Technician to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration. This role requires a hands-on approach to restore properties affected by water damage, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process.
Duties
- Perform water damage restoration services, including extraction and drying of affected areas.
- Conduct mold remediation and asbestos abatement as required, following safety protocols.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to clean and restore properties.
- Assess damage and develop restoration plans to ensure thorough recovery of affected areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Communicate with clients regarding the restoration process and address any concerns they may have.
Qualifications
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred, particularly in water damage restoration, mold remediation, or fire restoration.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools and equipment related to restoration work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building solutions for clients' needs.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $21.51 - $23.01 per hour
