Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel- Proficiency in internet browsing.
- Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
