We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rebuild Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management principles, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients while managing resources efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Rebuild Department at large and manage team.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate project activities and manage resources effectively.
- Review Xactimate scope of work to understand project requirements.
- Edit Xactimate scopes when change orders and/or supplements are needed.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize productivity.
- Maintain COG's and oversee construction budgets for projects.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and coordination techniques.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices.
- Strong knowledge of Xactimate is a plus
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret Xactimate scopes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on teamwork.
