As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water / gas / electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water / gas / electric bill itself. Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Workforce OHS is seeking a Dispatcher who will provide dedicated support to our technicians. Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Effectively manage daily workload by review and reallocation of work to ensure a timely response to all required work; normally responsible for approximately 50 calls / day.
• Manage day-to-day technician workload having the ability to identify, prioritize and effectively dispatch emergency work in a timely and accurate manner, while providing best in class service to our customers.
• Ability to perform effectively as a self-starter in a high stress environment.
• Utilizing strong decision-making skills to effectively manage resources to meet company and customer requirements.
• Use of Google maps to route technicians efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to be able to report up to management issues, errors, customer complaints, etc in a timely manner.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.

Experience and Qualifications for the Role

We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total wellbeing.  The base pay range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
