As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home, we safeguard essential systems like plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surge protection, hot water heaters, and interior electrical components. Outside the home, we ensure the protection of vital lines, including water, gas, wells, sewers, electric, and septic systems. We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Growth will be responsible for delivering insights and contributing to projects that help drive revenue and customer lifetime value growth at Oncourse Home Solutions.
Reporting to the Director of Products, Pricing & Retention, the Senior Analyst for Growth Strategy & Operations will support strategic and analytical projects across Revenue functions such as Product & Pricing Strategy, Sales Strategy, and Customer Retention. You will work closely with Marketing & Growth leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase Oncourse s customer lifetime value. A typical week will include working with team members across functions such as the Contact Center, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Marketing on highly visible and impactful projects. A core initiative for this role will be to develop, maintain, and derive insights from revenue management analytics such as customer add/loss trends, sales and channel mix, and price changes.
Located at our office in Naperville our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model is required (generally in-office T-TH and remote M & F).
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Identify improvement opportunities and insights from large data sets (multiple dimensions, measures, 100K records) independently and synthesize them for leadership review.
- Explore BI systems to extract data and build reports to track performance of initiatives and run-the-business metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with a diverse mix of team members from Finance, Contact Center Operations, BI, Sales, Marketing, etc. to understand how business processes impact data and drive operational improvements.
- Contribute to the development of strategic planning and execution of projects that seek to increase Oncourse customer lifetime value
- Build reporting to track key metrics, identify areas that need improvement, recommend actions, and see the actions through to implementation.
- Manage your own projects by breaking work into key milestones and dates. Prioritize work using the 80/20 rule for impact vs. effort. Stay organized so marketing leadership maintains visibility on projects and can provide guidance on next steps.

Experience Required:
- 4 years of experience in Consulting, PE/Banking, rotational development program, or relevant functional and industry experience.
- You enjoy exploring data and proactively generating actionable insights, figuring out how to efficiently improve key metrics, and collaborating with and influencing other teams to drive meaningful change. You must be comfortable working cross-functionally and in areas where you may not be an expert.
- Must be comfortable using a BI tool (Looker experience a plus) to build your own reports and extract data.
- Experience working directly with team members across multiple functions.
- Extensive experience in Excel for analysis (modeling a strong plus).
- Comfortable operating independently a confident problem solver, self-starter and communicator who is comfortable influencing others.
- Strong business acumen, analytically driven and detail oriented.
- Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality we run a lean team and get things done.
- Highly agile and comfortable with ambiguity.
