">Key Responsibilities
">We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with a variety of tasks, including:
">- Locating company facilities using maps and/or sketches ">
- Tracking and maintaining inventory, ordering supplies as needed ">
- Logging, updating, processing, obtaining, and closing out invoices, work orders, purchase orders, permits, and service applications ">
- Maintaining various records, files, and spreadsheets for departmental purposes ">
- Communicating with colleagues, customers, clients, and vendors verbally and through correspondence, email, and telephone ">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Four years of experience in appropriate clerical work preferred ">
- High school diploma or G.E.D. ">
- Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus ">
- Able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language ">
- Strong communication skills ">
- Computer literate, excellent typing skills ">">
