Job Description:
Setting appointments for incoming sales and maintenance calls.
Respond to all emails, phone and text leads.
Provide information and marketing material to leads, along with notes for sales and service associate
Provide consistent follow-up to all leads with the goal of setting the appointment
Entering all leads into Service Titan and appropriate spreadsheets
Job Qualifications:
High School diploma
1 year experience in setting sales appointments
Effective time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
