Work Schedule
Hours 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. Monday to Friday Call out rotation _
Primary Role
We are filling 5 job openings. Assists in performing tasks in the Joplin Distribution Department. _
Key Accountabilities
Directs and actively participates in normal operations of repairing water main breaks, service line breaks and maintenance activity (including flushing, valve operations in the Department). Participates in work duties assigned to Department employees.
Purchases materials and supplies at direction of supervision. Manages inventory of materials and supplies. Verifies receipt of incoming materials / inventory.
Confers with contractors / customers on specific service / meter installation problems. Encourages health, welfare, and safety to customers and employees. Maintains reports on employee hours and vehicular mileage for Distribution Department.
Maintains communication with employees and supervisors.
Maintains the facilities in neat and orderly manner. Maintains program maintenance records. _
Knowledge / Skills
Knowledge and adherence to all work and safety rules established by the company. _
