Family Nurse Practitioner

We are a small, dedicated practice focused on making a real difference in our patients' health by providing personalized care. As a membership-based practice, we operate free from third-party interference, allowing us to focus entirely on our patients' well-being without the constraints of insurance companies or corporate policies. Our goal is to help patients achieve optimal health by addressing root causes and utilizing alternative treatments, rather than turning to pharmaceutical solutions as a first resort. With a typical patient load of only 8-10 patients per day, we have the unique ability to spend more time with each patient, offering truly individualized care.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who thinks outside the box and is passionate about functional medicine and even holistic care. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and is dedicated to using natural therapies and alternative treatments to address the root causes of health issues. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team where you can truly make a difference in the lives of your patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care and integrative health services, including preventive care, wellness exams, and chronic disease management, with a focus on root cause resolution.
• Embrace holistic therapies such as ozone therapy, peptide therapy, and IV therapy to support overall health and complement traditional medical care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical exams, lab reviews, and detailed health histories.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on functional and integrative medicine principles, addressing both acute and chronic health concerns.
• Educate patients about nutrition, lifestyle changes, and alternative healing therapies, empowering them to take control of their health.
• Work closely with a small team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and provide clear, transparent communication regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with patients, offering the time and care they need to feel heard and supported.

Qualifications:

• Current, active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Florida.
• Experience in primary care, integrative health, or functional medicine preferred.
• A strong desire to think outside the box and use alternative therapies rather than relying on big pharma.
• Knowledge of or interest in ozone therapy, peptide therapy, and other alternative treatments is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care and education.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• A passion for building relationships with patients and guiding them on their journey to total healing.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
