Job Description
Calling all Top Producing Energy Field Managers
Expected income is between $300,000 to $500,000 Annually
Base Salary
Annualized at $65,000.00 during training.
Salary adjusted to $80,000.00 annually when 100 RCEs enrolled.
Reviews every 4 months based upon exceeding standards.
Commissions & Bonuses - Majority of Income
Tremendous RCE Bonuses from 2K to 25K for 100 RCEs to 500 RCEs per month on Personal Sales.
Highest Field Manager Override Commissions & Bonuses in the industry. 5 Reps doing 200 RCEs per month pays 25K per month in Bonuses - no limit on Reps if the Production is there.
Additional Water Commissions as per AWS payment schedule for related American Water Savings company.

Leads Provided to Top Reps - we partner you with an Inside Sales Person
Monthly car allowance of $750.00 per month.
Monthly phone allowance of $50 per month.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
Train new team members and “Lead by example” as a Top Player/Coach and Pace Setter with Daily Deals, Prospecting and Team Communication as mandated by company.
Work territory assigned by company (requires consistent vehicle travel).
Must enroll 100 RCEs minimum per month to maintain role.
Communicate daily and in a timely manner with team members and sales management.
Attend all appointments generated by Inside Team member on time.
Attend clients in a timely manner.
Self-Prospect new customers to maximize productivity and achieve minimum requirements for prospecting and lead generation.
Conduct energy and water audits and assessments and perform sales presentations using approved sales materials and procedures.
Engage qualifying customers with any other products offered by AWE and AWS.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Work with Company, team members, and customers in an ethical manner.
Work assigned hours and attend conferences and meetings as assigned.
Listen daily and exemplify with team Sales Superstar and other Motivation Material.
