American Window and Glass LLC is a leading window manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who enjoys a mix of customer service, data entry, and hands-on warehouse support to join our team at our Cincinnati branch office. This is a multifaceted role, ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment where every day is different.
What You’ll Do:
80% Office & Customer Service Work:
- Assist customers in person at the counter and over the phone.
- Process orders, quotes, and service requests including data entry using our internal systems.
- Maintain accurate files and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate logistics.
- Keep the branch office clean and organized.
20% Hands-On Warehouse & Logistics Work:
- Assist with unloading shipments (must be able to lift 75 lbs).
- Support warehouse operations, including inventory and stocking.
- Cross-train in basic field service and repairs for windows and doors.
- Occasionally drive a company vehicle (box truck experience a plus).
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable with both office work and some physical tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work in a small team environment.
- An enthusiastic interest in learning a variety of skills.
- Valid driver’s license (must be 21 for insurance purposes).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
