What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator position at American Window Film?
American Window Film is looking for a personable, professional, and hard-working Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, is self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within our company. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and working in a fast paced environment.
In this role, the Estimator will travel to appointments throughout their territory, meet with customers, match their needs with American Window Film’s products and services, accurately measure windows to identify project scope, produce a high volume of estimates and pursue new opportunities. The purpose of this role is to connect with potential customers and provide them with window film and graphics solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Meet with clients onsite to understand their project goals, take measurements and advise them on which products would help achieve their desired outcome
- Build estimates based on architectural plans and work with general contractors to provide accurate and timely proposals.
- Make sure all estimates are accurate and delivered on time
- Proactively manage a sales process within the company CRM
- Provide great customer service to our clients and represent the company in a positive and professional manner
- Demonstrate teamwork ability to collaborate with multiple departments on projects
- Other duties as related and directed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong attention to detail and polished organizational skills
- Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or PDF-XChange is a plus
- Excellent communication (oral/written), sales, and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
