American Window Film is looking for a personable, professional, and hard-working Outside Sales Rep / Field Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, is self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within our company. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and working in a fast paced environment.
In this role, the Outside Sales Rep / Field Estimator will travel to appointments throughout their territory, meet with customers, match their needs with American Window Film’s products and services, accurately measure windows to identify project scope, produce a high volume of estimates and pursue new opportunities. The purpose of this role is to connect with potential customers and provide them with window film and graphics solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Meet with clients onsite to understand their project goals, take measurements and advise them on which products would help achieve their desired outcome
- Build estimates based on architectural plans and work with general contractors to provide accurate and timely proposals (bids on plans)
- Make sure all estimates are accurate and delivered on time
- Proactively manage a sales process within the company CRM
- Provide great customer service to our clients and represent the company in a positive and professional manner
- Demonstrate teamwork ability to collaborate with multiple departments on projects
- Other duties as related and directed
