ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
Overview :
American Wire Group (AWG), a leading supplier of insulated, bare wire and cable products, and services for infrastructure applications, specializes in renewable energy (wind and solar) and electric utility transmission, distribution, and substation products seeks a meticulous, detailed Accounts Receivable Specialist (AR), to perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts receivable transactions.
AWG designs, manufactures, and markets our exclusively branded products along with the industrys best service and availability of inventory to deliver innovative solutions to the marketplace. The AR will work with other member of the accounting team and with other department to ensure that AWG / CWC accounts have integrity.
Scope of Position :
Managing invoices and collecting payments to fostering customer satisfaction and providing valuable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Issuing customer invoice.
- Process payments.
- Collecting Payments.
- Prepare cash receipts for processing.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Verify billing discrepancies.
- Posting receipts in a timely manner.
